Women Dining for Missions at Marietta FUMC

Thank you to the women's group who hosted the Women Dining for Missions at Marietta FUMC last Thursday at First United Methodist Church!

The purpose of the event was for nonprofit organizations to come together in order to learn about other local causes. Reconnecting Families was able to set up a table to educate people on our mission! It was a great event, and we made many connections with other organizations. 

We also had the privilege to hear Trudy Cathy White, the daughter of the founder of Chic-fil-A, who gave an amazing inspirational speech about women being successful through spirituality. Thank you Trudy for attending and for such a motivational speech!

We would like to thank the lovely group of women that hosted this wonderful event as well as First United Methodist Church for providing a lot of support to the community. Without all of your support, we would not be able to effectively help our participants and their families live healthy, sober lives!
